Almost everyone has a story about when they hurt their back. Do you suffer with pain in your back? Recent research at John Hopkins University indicates that lifestyle can contribute to back pain. Four million of those support belts were sold last year but over a quarter of a million people missed days of work, and $8.8 billion (23% of all payments) was paid out in worker's compensation for low back pain.
